Liege and Brussels airports saw their cargo volumes travel in opposite directions in June as the former reported a double-digit percentage increase and the latter a decline.
Brussels saw its total flown cargo tonnes decline by 11.6% year on year in June to 44,310 tons.
Over the first six months of the year there was a 0.1% decline in cargo volumes to 297,196 tons.
The largest fall in June came from its full-freighter flights, which were down 30.3% year on year to 12,175 tons.
