The Commission has responded to an industry letter co-signed by CLECAT, in which the need for immediate action to address persistent issues with ICS2 Release 2 was addressed. These issues included significant unavailability and service degradation of the ICS2 Common Repository (CR) and Shared Trader Interface (STI) experienced by Economic Operators (EOs) in the first half of October.
