Per 6 juli 2026 wordt een bijschrijving op het fytosanitaire certificaat verplicht bij invoer van planten voor opplant (inclusief zaden) in de Europese Unie. Dit geldt voor producten waarvoor RNQP-eisen van kracht zijn.
De NVWA adviseert u tijdig kennis te nemen van deze nieuwe regelgeving om vertragingen bij import te voorkomen.

As of 6 July 2026, additional declarations detailing compliance with Regulated Non-Quarantine Pests (RNQPs) requirements are mandatory on all Phytosanitary Certificates (PCs) of consignments of Plants for Planting (including seeds) entering the EU.
Please note that the substantive import requirements themselves remain unchanged; however, it will become mandatory to include a specific additional declaration on the phytosanitary certificate.
