Conny Braams and Ugo de Carolis are joining Royal Schiphol Group’s Supervisory Board. They succeed Simone Brummelhuis and Declan Collier, who are stepping down as of 14 April 2026. Royal Schiphol Group shareholders appointed Braams and De Carolis for a period of four years at the general shareholders meeting on 14 April 2026.
Conny Braams was Chief Digital and Commercial Officer at Unilever and member of the executive committee until 2023. She was responsible for the company’s worldwide digital and commercial transformation. Before that, she held various managament positions at Unilever in Europe and Asia.
