Wat is Automatisch Nomineren?
Automatisch Nomineren automatiseert de toewijzing van inkomende vracht aan expediteurs, nog voordat de zendingen op Schiphol arriveren. Waar vroeger handmatig documenten werden gecontroleerd na aankomst van de vracht, zorgt dit digitale systeem ervoor dat zendingen al voorafgaand aan de landing correct worden toegewezen. Het handmatig raadplegen van Excel-files en -mappen met soms decennia oude papieren stationsverklaringen behoort daarmee tot het verleden. Dit voorkomt vertragingen, vermindert fouten en stroomlijnt het proces aanzienlijk.

What is Automatic Nomination?
Automatic Nomination automates the allocation of incoming cargo to freight forwarders even before the shipments arrive at Schiphol. Previously, documents were manually checked after the cargo arrived, but this digital system ensures that shipments are correctly assigned before landing. The manual process of consulting Excel files and folders containing decades-old paper station declarations is now a thing of the past. This prevents delays, reduces errors, and significantly streamlines the process.
