Important information from dnata Amsterdam

dnata

dnata has started using the Nallian Truck Visit Management (TVM) system, a new web-based solution to improve the planning and coordination of truck movements at their new cargo facility.

This tool allows freight forwarders and trucking companies to book time slots to deliver or collect cargo. A slot booking is a reservation for a specific time to deliver or pick up cargo.
Please note: A slot booking is mandatory to access our premises.

Prepare for your visit to dnata Cargo City Amsterdam
1. Registration
Register your company in the Nallian TVM system and create an account or click HERE.

2. Activation
Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email from no-reply@service.nallian.net to set up your login credentials. Please make sure to also check your spam mail.
Important: Share this with your internal planners.

3. Book a slot
In the attached you can find under paragraph 3 detailed instructions on how to make a slot booking.
Within the TVM system, freight forwarders must delegate their digital rights to the trucking company.
Without delegation, trucking companies cannot collect of bring cargo at our permises. Please see the attached for detailed instructions.

Challenges we have faced
On the first operational day (25-5-2025) at dnata Cargo City Amsterdam, unfortunately no company followed the required process via the TVM system. To avoid delays and access denial, be mindful about the following:Activate your account after registration.

  • Activate your account after registration.
  • Book a slot in the TVM system.
  • Delegate digital rights (freight forwarder to trucking company).
  • Link shipments to the slot booking.
  • Upload the correct documents (AWB and CSD) in the system.
  • Share the QR code (from TVM after booking) with the driver. This is needed to enter the premises
