CORSIA starts its first compliance phase from 1 January 2024. International Air Transport Association (IATA) updated its airline handbook on CORSIA to reflect the latest elements of:
– CORSIA Standards and Recommended Practices (CORSIA SARPs), Annex 16, Volume IV (2nd edition), which became applicable on 1 January 2024
– ICAO Doc 9501, Environmental Technical Manual, Volume IV (3rd edition), which contains guidance for the implementation of the CORSIA SARPs
– A series of newly approved ICAO documents that support CORSIA implementation
