The flights from Asia Pacific heading westbound remain full, despite the traditional weaker demand in the months of July and August. Last week, the overall dynamic load factor on this lane was 82%. If we would focus on the North East Asian airports it would be even higher, at 88%. Air cargo rates on this trade lane have therefore only come down by around 10% relative to a few weeks ago, compared to the 30% drop we have recently seen across the Atlantic.
