The drop in dynamic load factor from Europe to North America in the first week of June compared to the last week of March is apparent on all the major routes. The level of decline does differ. Popular cargo destinations with a lesser appeal from a passenger perspective like ORD (-12% points) saw a much smaller decline than for example YUL (-40% points). The main cause for this decline in loadfactor is the increase of belly capacity. The start of the normally lower cargo demand in the summer period is however now also coming in to play.
