The dynamic loadfactor from Western European countries to North America remains elevated. In the last week of May – it averaged at 85% for the region; but from Germany it reached nearly 90%. The Netherlands was in the middle of the pack with a load factor of 85%. The loadfactors are around  22% points higher than for the same week in 2019!
It should therefore be no surprise that according to the TAC Index – air freight rates are around 2.5 times higher than they were 2 years ago.
